Cheeks or fillets can be used for this dish.
🧂Ingredients:
• 500g croc cheeks/ fillets
• 1 tbsp fresh parsley
• a small amount of crushed garlic
• drop or 2 of tabasco sauce jalapeno (optional)
• 2-3 tbsp of Creamy Mayo
• Pinch of smoked paprika
• Cheese
• Salt & Pepper to taste
Method:
🏻 Fry Croc meat like you would have fried chicken breasts, shred finely and cool completely down before adding the creamy mayo and other ingredients into a food processor.
🏻 Make the toasties how you prefer it. We love frying it in a pan with real farm butter on medium heat until crispy and brown.
🏻Serve with Sweet Potato fries or a fresh garden salad.
